Each beneficiary is properly guided by proper system upon successful compilation of training in respective trades.

These partner companies provide inputs to Bethel Life Care Charitable Trust on the current industry trends, skill requirement for the future, etc. apart from directly supporting through providing content and experts for training.

Bethel Life Care Charitable Trust had also established partnership with manufacturing, Retail, Electronic, health Sector, Handicraft Sector and Automobile Sector companies. A group of senior executives from these large companies are a part of the Bethel Life Care Charitable Trust Board of Studies. Through Bethel Life Care Charitable Trust initiatives, the industry also benefited by the availability of improved quality talent pool, which is industry- ready.

What We Do

Bethel Life Care Charitable Trust promotes high quality, productive & creative education institution, coaching centre, and vocational centers. BLCCT also organize educational institute for formal and non- formal education in Arunachal Pradesh and other particular region. Trust bring education within the reach of every person even in the remotest part of Arunachal Pradesh and other regions and also to run Nursing School/ institution programme for the career development of students in Arunachal Pradesh and other particular regions.

BLCCT implement distinguished placement linked skill development programme under PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna) in its own affiliated and accredited centres under NSDC. BLCCT has imparted training on Self Employed Tailor, Solar Panel Installation Technician, Two Shaft Handloom Weaving, General Duty Assistant and Covid Frontline Warrior.

Trust also provide Micro Enterprises Development Programme (MEDP), Skill Development Programme (SDP) and Livelihood Enterprises Development Programme (LEDP) with the help of NABARD to the people from the BPL sector, unemployed youths as well as Self Help Group (SHG) on different trades like Sewing Machine Operator, Handloom & Weaving, Food Processing & Bakery, Hand Embroidery, Handicraft & Carpet Weaving, Unarmed Security Guard etc.

BLCCT also work on Income Generation Program for Livelihood Mapping of Local Artisans on baseline Cluster Development and encourage artisans and weavers by facilitating the opportunity to participate in National and International exhibitions sponsored by NABARD.

BLCCT also organizes different awareness camp such as Awareness Camp on Good Agriculture practices, awareness camp on Awareness Generation in personal Hygiene & wash, awareness Generation among youth Life Skill Programme, Awareness Camp on Financial Literacy, awareness generation on job fair & self-employment programme, awareness on usage of solar energy, awareness on Pandemic & Preventive Measure, awareness on Child Labor etc.

BLCCT organize Capacity Building on Bio Diversity project and conducting survey on Biodiversity Risk & Livelihood Practices every year.

BLCCT participate on Youth Sensization Rally conducted by Department of Industries, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh every year for the purpose to mobilize and identify need candidates for skill base training.
